Stage 5 incorporates more than 60 new housing blocks in a range of sizes from 250m to more than 500sqm and a half hectare park. ULDA CEO Paul Eagles said.
Stage 5 of Fitzgibbon Chase would aim to provide homes for all ages.
"We recognise the importance of providing homes for people at all stages of their life and are continuing to push the envelope in relation to housing innovation," Mr Eagles said. "For example, the ULDA is working on plans for seniors housing to be incorporated into the community fabric to ensure residents have the option of staying within their local community as they get older."
Prominent architect Liam Proberts and Place Design Group have also been commissioned to develop a warehouse apartment complex for Fitzgibbon Chase and Brisbane House Company lodged an application with the ULDA in late-October to build affordable rental housing in the 114-hectare Fitzgibbon Chase development.
